Nicki M. Norris
Nicki M. Norris is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of Symphony Clinical Research®.
Nicki joined Symphony Clinical Research in 2009, having developed an extensive background in healthcare, healthcare services and clinical research. Prior to joining Symphony Clinical Research, Nicki provided leadership to three different healthcare organizations, including the College of American Pathologists, the Institute for Transfusion Medicine and Everest Healthcare Corporation. Her early experience included approximately twenty years at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, where she moved throughout the company in many different functions and business units, with a progressively increasing level of responsibility. Her career at Baxter included leadership of a company- wide strategic process innovation and re-engineering team.
Nicki has a BS in Finance, and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has also passed the CPA exam. She is proud to serve on the Executive Board of the Chicago chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. (HBA )

Laurie Streling is responsible for all fiscal, financial and operational management aspects of Symphony Clinical Research. She also leads IT, human resources, legal, administrative and risk management for the company.
Laurie has spent her career in the service sector in various functional areas. She has held leadership positions with such world-class organizations as AT&T and Hewitt Associates. Laurie joined Symphony Clinical Research® from Hewitt Associates in Lincolnshire, IL, where she was CFO of Global Business Services. Prior positions include: Senior Vice President of Strategy, Marketing & Finance, and Controller for Ameritech’s landline companies and Director-Operations. Over the years she has led many transformation and innovation projects, delivering substantial results. Ms. Streling began her career in public accounting.
Laurie is a member of Financial Executives International, American Institute of CPAs, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and ACRP. She received her CPA license from the State of Michigan and graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a BBA.

Director of Business Development
Trisha Rose is responsible for developing relationships with sponsors and CROs to share the many benefits of in-home and alternate-site clinical trial visits.
Trisha has 15 years of sales and marketing experience with a focus on healthcare and consumer products and services. Prior to joining Symphony as Director of Business Development, she served as a consultant with Elemental Solutions, LLC developing the company's sales and marketing initiatives. Her background also includes working at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals in cardiovascular and gastroenterology sales. Trisha began her career at Dome Communications working on nationally recognized public relations campaigns. She holds a BA in Marketing from Columbia College Chicago.

Director of Business Development
Jenny Staehle is responsible for developing relationships with sponsors and CROs to share the many benefits of in-home and alternate-site clinical trial visits.
Jenny has 15 years sales and business development experience. Prior to joining Symphony as Director of Business Development, she served as a consultant and business leader at Mercer working on client relationship management and sales. Her background also includes working at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Accenture. She holds a BA in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
